1965. In Liverpool the Mersey Beat is booming; the teenage generation is having its time, caught up in the whirlwind that is the swingin’ 60’s, destined to be swept away by this new revolution. Not everyone gets swept away though.

1985. Kev is 26, spending his glory years at war, his dreams have vanished into the past. Kev returns to Liverpool and spends all his time up a ladder looking through windows watching everyone else... How far can he climb before he falls? He's Kev and he’s a window cleaner.
